Heidi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, hospital medicine, urgent care, and aesthetic medicine. She holds full autonomous practice authority in Virginia and founded Coastal Vitality Co with a vision of medicine that is both clinically excellent and deeply personal.
Heidi built Coastal Vitality Co from the ground up — starting with house calls while working two other jobs and homeschooling her boys — and she credits every step of the practice's growth to faith, family, and the incredible community that carried it forward. Her clinical passions include natural-looking aesthetic results, wellness optimization, and walking alongside patients as a true partner in their health.
When she's not in the clinic, Heidi is home in the country with her husband, her two boys — who are her whole heart — and more animals than she can reasonably explain. Her faith is the foundation of everything she builds, Coastal Vitality Co included, and she'll be the first to tell you: none of this happened without God.

Maddie is Coastal Vitality Co's Licensed Master Esthetician and the artistry behind many of our most-loved treatments. A graduate of the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics and laser-certified, she works under Heidi's medical direction and specializes in advanced device-based treatments and results-driven facials — from Morpheus8 and Lumecca IPL to medical-grade peels.
A self-proclaimed science nerd, Maddie is endlessly fascinated by the chemistry of ingredients and the physiology of skin — which is exactly why her treatments work. With a meticulous eye and the warmest chair in the building, she tailors every plan to your skin's unique needs. But ask her what she loves most about this work and she'll tell you straight: she loves making the pretty girls feel prettier.
When she's not in the treatment room, Maddie is enjoying life with her husband and their two fur babies.
